Polar Speech Pathology is a family-owned private speech pathology service located in the beautiful Swan Valley area. We provide a safe, fun, and inclusive space for our neurodivergent community to connect, learn, and grow to their fullest potential. As we continue to grow, we are thrilled to welcome a fun, passionate, and talented Speech Pathologist to our team.

We are specifically seeking a clinician with a special interest in speech sound delays and disorders to help support our growing caseload of children requiring assistance with articulation, phonology, and motor speech challenges.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver assessment and therapy services with a focus on speech sound disorders, including CAS, phonological delays, and articulation issues.
   
• Work collaboratively with families to create meaningful, evidence-based intervention plans.
   
• Foster connection and communication in a neurodiversity-affirming way.
   
• Participate in team meetings, mentoring, and ongoing professional development.
   
• Work in a way that aligns with your preferred hours and pace—flexibility is built into our culture.
